I have been involved in the captive industry as a captive manager and consultant. I have opened over 17 captives and/or RRG's in addition to living in Bermuda and working for a large excess liability insuror.
Right now, I am finishing up a captive for an insurance agency. Despite the soft market, I am fielding calls about captives at about the same level I did during the hard market.
I look forward to the exchange of opinion and resources through this blog, to grow my business, help my clients and serve my colleagues as best I can by passing along (hopefully, beneficial) information that may help my fellow bloggers.
